When and where can I use my Walk Bike Bus QuickTicket?

Each Walk Bike Bus QuickTicket is eligible for unlimited use for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Cards can be used to ride anytime and anywhere within the WeGo system. This includes local and express fixed-bus routes and commuter rail transportation (WeGo Star). Special event trains are excluded.

Each card is assigned to a specific member and is to be used only by that single individual. Quantities of QuickTickets purchased through this program are limited by membership level as follows: Strider (1), Mover (2), Shaker (4), Innovator (6), Groundbreaker (8), and Trailblazer (12).

Can my $25 Walk Bike Bus QuickTicket be used for the train?

Yes, you can use your QuickTicket on the WeGo Star! 

When will my $25 Walk Bike Bus QuickTicket not be accepted?

QuickTickets are not accepted on special event trains such as the Titans Express or for July 4th which use a different ticketing system. Access Ride services are also not included (see below for details).

What happens after 12 months?

At the end of the 12 month period, the Quick Ticket will be deactivated if renewal payment is not received. If your card is deactivated because of past due payment, we can reactivate it at any time once renewal payment is received.

How do I sign up?

Please use our online signup and payment form. If you prefer to send a check, fill out our physical form and submit it with payment to Walk Bike Nashville at 1 S. 7th Street, Nashville, TN 37206. Orders are processed and QuickTickets are mailed out weekly. Please allow an extra week of processing time on the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and July 4th.

What do I do if I lose my QuickTicket?

If your card is lost or stolen, contact Walk Bike Nashville (615-928-8801 or [email protected]) to deactivate your card. A replacement card can be purchased for $3.

What do I do with my expired QuickTicket?

Return your QuickTicket card to the Walk Bike Nashville office to reduce waste. We are able to reuse cards for future members.

Does my $25 fee cover AccessRide services?

AccessRide services are excluded from this QuickTicket program. Walk Bike Nashville QuickTicket cardholders utilizing Access Ride services shall pay the published Access service rate, which is currently a per boarding rate of $3.70 per ride for qualified riders. The Access rate by federal law will not exceed two-times the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s published one-way adult fare, which is currently $2.00.Only qualified riders who have completed the screening process and meet the Access criterion qualify for Access service. Access services will be billed separately as they are incurred. Failure to pay billed fees will result in the deactivation of the Walk Bike Nashville Quick Ticket.
