These groups meet regularly to ride! There are all kinds of groups for different skill levels, speeds, and vibes.

Bike for Equality Organizes the annual Juneteenth Freedom Day Ride.

Black Girls Do Bike Nashville "Black girls who enjoy bringing awareness to cycling by cycling together!"

Columbia Cycling Club "We believe that riding in groups is safer and more fun than riding alone. Vehicle drivers have more respect for multiple bicyclists than single cyclists. Drafting allows riders of varying abilities to stay together. We have a rule that we do not leave anyone behind. We maintain regularly scheduled weekly rides. Supplemental insurance accompanies members who participate in group rides."

Domestiques Cycling Club "The Domestiques is more than a cycling club — it’s a community where you can share your passion for cycling, connect with fellow riders, and be part of Nashville’s vibrant cycling culture."

Harpeth Bicycle Club "Harpeth Bicycle Club (HBC) is a cycling club serving the greater Nashville area. We are advocates for cycling awareness and initiatives within our membership and our community to create a safer and more enjoyable cycling experience. We strive to create a safe and welcoming cycling community for cyclists of all skill levels and types, while promoting fun and engaging interactions, fitness, and healthy lifestyles."

Murfreesboro Bicycle Club "Murfreesboro Bike Club (MBC) exists to have fun on wheels. We provide opportunities to ride with others, we educate, we promote and advocate cycling for transportation, fitness, and recreation. We serve the our community, defend and protect the rights of cyclists and strive to secure a safer and more bicycle-friendly community."

Music City BMX "Our goal is to promote the sport of BMX by teaching good sportsmanship and respect, teaching proper bicycle safety, maintaining a safe and competitive track, and making BMX a family activity that involves riders, family and friends in a well-organized program."

Music City Dope Pedalers "Nashville cycle squad pushing dope vibes through Music City. Activity, Fellowship, Exploration."

Nashville Slow Ride "A group is intended for recreational and utility cyclists using the streets and greenways of Nashville and Davidson County. The purpose of NSR is to help you participate in informal bike rides for people of average riding abilities. Groups can be two or twenty. We are not into lycra and fast bike rides"

Tennessee Bicycle Racing Association "The Tennessee Bicycle Racing Association (TBRA) is an organization of Tennessee bicycling racing clubs and their members. TBRA exists to help promote, develop, and grow the sport of bicycle racing in the state by helping race directors promote events, helping riders access the sport, and generating enthusiasm in the cycling community at-large."

Veloteers Bicycle Club "The Veloteers Bicycle Club's mission is to promote interest, educate and encourage fun and safe bicycling in all forms. The funds we receive from memberships and our sponsors support the operations and growth of the club and the growth of cycling in Wilson and surrounding counties of Tennessee."

Nashville Department of Transportation Pedestrian & Bicycle Program "The WalknBike Plan is centered around the idea of creating a network of high-quality, comfortable, and safe sidewalks and bikeways that connect people to opportunity. The system, inclusive to users of all ages and abilities, was to promote and encourage safety, health, education, and active transportation. The first version of the plan was released in 2017."

Bike Fun Bike Fun has a mission of creating joyful riders in Middle Tennessee through learn-to-ride lessons & classes as well as confidence-building classes & rides for beginning riders. 

Bike Walk Tennessee "Bike Walk Tennessee works to make Tennessee a better place to bike and walk for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds."

East Nasty Running Club: We exist to make East Nashville a great place to live and run, and to make running accessible to everyone in the community.

Greenways for Nashville "Greenways for Nashville supports the initiatives of the Metro Parks Department and the Greenways and Open Space Commission by leveraging public and private funds for future greenways, trail enhancements, and preserving land."

Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation The purpose of the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation is to promote, through advocacy and education, cycling as a safe and healthy form of transportation, and to provide financial assistance to families that have been touched by cycling tragedies.

Nashville Striders The Nashville Striders running club is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote running, walking, and general fitness as lifelong endeavors.

Oasis Bike Workshop The Workshop is a collaboration between the Oasis Center and Halcyon Bike Shop. The Workshop is a free, six week program open to Nashville’s youth.

The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee is a non-profit organization with the mission of encouraging private sector as well as public sector support for new investments in mass transit in the ten county region of Middle Tennessee.
