Bike to School Day

Nashville's 5th Bike to School Day was May 8th, 2019.

The next International Bike to School Day will be May 2020.

Formerly Walk and Roll to School Day, we simplified the name but continue to encourage students to roll to school under their own power however they can.

Check out a good bike route to your children's school, check that all of your families bikes work, (before the day!) and challenge everyone to ride to school that day!

No safe route to school from your house? Drive somewhere that does have a safe route, and bike from there.

Do you have new ideas for how your school can celebrate the day? Email Robert Johnson and we will see if we can help.

School staff wishing to sign up - please come back to this page in March or April 2020 for a sign-up here.
