This is a volunteer opportunity for the 2026 Tour de Nash. If you volunteer for this, you will receive a coupon code for one free Tour de Nash registration (T-shirt and rider packet included).

You will be at the head of the ride ensuring the route is safe. You will need to be an experienced rider and familiar with the 25 mile route beforehand and know where rest stops are located. You will communicate to other riders of hazardous conditions and obstacles in the route. You will work alongside other ride marshals to help riders cross intersections safely and supply encouraging remarks to boost rider morale. It is the leader's responsibility to maintain a 12-mile-per-hour pace to help guide the riders along their routes. We highly recommend studying or even riding your route prior to the morning of the tour. This is not a race and so keeping a party pace and settling eager hotshots is crucial to keeping everyone safe and an enjoyable ride. Here are a few links for more info on what a leader is /does.
